This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs refunds for subscription services provided by Imperia Teknoloji ("we," "us," or "our") through the Virdro platform. By subscribing to our service, you agree to this Policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Free Trial Period: You may cancel your subscription during the free trial period without any charges.
  • Within 30 Days of Initial Purchase: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase.
  • Service Failure: If our service experiences a significant outage or failure that prevents you from using the core features for more than 48 hours, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
  • Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part, we will issue a full refund for the incorrect charge.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions renewed automatically after the initial 30-day refund period
  • Usage-based charges or overage fees
  • Third-party service fees (e.g., payment processing fees)
  • Refunds requested more than 30 days after the initial purchase
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@virdro.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Transaction ID or invoice number

4.2 Processing Time

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.

Note: Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless you cancel within the 7-day refund period.

6. Prorated Refunds

In cases where prorated refunds are applicable (e.g., service failure), the refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription period. Prorated refunds are calculated on a daily basis.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge with your payment provider, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues rather than initiating a chargeback, as we can typically resolve issues more quickly through direct communication.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or through a notice on our website. Changes will apply to future purchases and subscriptions only.
